Valode & Pistre have won the competition to design the Regional Judicial Police Department in the Batignolles neighbourhood of Paris. This significant design project in the new area of Batignolles comprises a striking sculpted urban structure. By turns solid and ephemeral, the building stands out with its contrasting features which reflect and reinforce its surroundings, particularly the ancient Thiers Wall and the new Palais de Justice courthouse.
