OPENING OF THE NEW SIDE BUILDING

The New Side office building was opened on May 29 of last year in Garenne Colombes. The first building in France to be given triple certification: Awarded HQE® Outstanding level of construction (BBC label), BREEAM (Very Good) and LEED (Platinum), New Side will house Technip France SA. Located on the edge of the town, the building is one of the key features when entering the town of Garenne-Colombes. 

Its architecture is the result of detailed urban thinking, a search for the best working environments and genuine consideration of environmental factors. Each façade is tailored to its immediate environment, urban boulevard or residential street, and to its orientation. The floor areas have been arranged to provide abundant natural lighting, easy communication and a flexible layout. At the project's heart are inner gardens that open onto communal areas, the entrance lobby, meeting rooms, restaurants and a cafeteria.
